So here I am week 17HJ of the Master Key Experience. It truly is an experience. I find myself thinking of how far I have come since I first began this journey in October 2019. I have grown a lot. There are still some kinks that I still need to work out. But this whole thing is a big work in progress. There is no chapter to read this week from Charles Hannal. Right now, is a good time to review.
I have been reading the scrolls and it seems like each month’s scroll is coming at the right time. In October I read Scroll 1 “Today I begin a new life.” Even though this was not my first time starting this journey, it still felt like a new beginning. I was able to begin the journey anew, to experience it all again. I felt the excitement of starting over.
This time I am determined to not fall of again in February. This time I am going to make it to scroll 10 and all the way through Chapter 24 of the Master Key Experience, no problem. Right? Wrong. That old blueprint got to me again. But I am working on it. This time even with the self-doubt that seems to inevitably creep in, I have got to push on through. And I am.
This time around I have a new secret weapon, “Standing Tall”. I am learning so much about growing my character. I am learning the more gratitude I have, the more things to be grateful for are coming into my life. The funny thing about gratitude is that you don’t realize how much you have to be grateful for until you become conscious of them. So, I have been writing down three things I am grateful for every day. I thought “Yeah! I am going to run out of things that I am grateful for pretty soon.” Turns out I was wrong. There is so much to be grateful for. That realization has me feeling on top of the world. So basically, I have been working on Kindness and Gratitude. Hmm, life seems so much better when we are kind and show gratitude. There is a lesson there.
So, what does the HJ in the Week 17HJ stand for? It is the hero’s journey. We all personally know someone who is a hero in our life. A Hero is a person who answers the call, sometimes it may take being called multiple times. But eventually they answer. The easiest way to explain it is, Neo. Neo is the reluctant hero in the Matrix trilogy. At first, he doesn’t hear the call he doesn’t believe the matrix is real. He doesn’t believe the real world has been destroyed. But eventually he hears the call and takes the red pill. He frees his mind from the matrix. Along the journey he learns he is the one, but he doubts that. He is given aid by Morpheus, Trinity, and a host of others who also heard the call. They believe Neo is the one. He faces trials and failures. They are betrayed. Neo almost gives up. He experiences death and rebirth. He fights back. He lets the matrix know that he is up for the challenge. He gives hope to the freed minds.
Luke Skywalker, another reluctant hero. At first, he doesn’t answer. The call gets louder, and he embarks on the journey. Along the way he has these people come into his life that help him on his journey. He has trials and failures after which he experiences growth. He also experiences death and rebirth. Before the journey ends, he is a changed person. In other words, the hero goes on an adventure, is victorious, and comes home a changed person.
This is the journey I have been on with the Master Key Experience. I am on my own hero’s journey. It took a while to answer the call. All the while I felt the pull, but I ignored it. I have had many ups and downs; my old blueprint keeps pulling at me. But I am still going. Eventually I will experience the death of my old blueprint and experience rebirth with my new blueprint. The one that was drawn by me.
Can you hear your call? Are you ready to experience your own hero’s journey? Now is a good a time as any!
