Week 12 and the journey continues. This week’s lesson is where it is at. I mean it gave me the jolt I needed to push on. I have come to the realization that this journey is more than thoughts, more than desire and more than action. It is the synergy of all three.
I have spent much of my time gathering knowledge and little time applying it. This were a lot of people get stuck. We accumulate knowledge and do not take the time to learn from the application of the knowledge. We are occupied by theory rather than practice. Then we wonder why we do not reach our desired outcome.
But what if we were to apply that knowledge? What if we were to nurture it? Imagine the outcome. The success we would experience would be only limited as Hanaal says by what we can imagine. This is the space I want to occupy. I want to apply the what I am learning and nurture it, so my desires become reality. In the second paragraph of part 12 Hanaal says “Man’s power to think is infinite, consequently his creative power is unlimited.”
Once we understand that we know that what we think often becomes our reality. If our thoughts are dominated by fear our reality will be filled with fear. The more were focus on negative then those negative things will encompass our life and drive away all that we truly desire. The opposite then must be true as well. So, I am working hard to be intentional with my thoughts.
If we are to bring our definite purpose to life, we must do the things that will move us towards that purpose. Hannal says there are three essential steps to moving forward, the knowledge of our power, the courage to dare, and the faith to do. We already know that we are only limited by our thoughts. Therefore, we must concentrate our thoughts and bring our desire into focus. without focus our thoughts are scattered and chaotic. Our desires must be clear and concise, or we will accomplish nothing. We also have to realize that desire without action will get us nowhere. This is step three, the faith to do comes into play.
This week’s theme is Knowledge does not apply itself. This is so true. No matter what we desire in life if we do not take action nothing will happen. For me taking action means stepping out of my comfort zone to build my business. It is scary every time. But once I do it, I feel so accomplished.
I love this week’s theme “Knowledge does not apply itself” and I love this MK experience as we are accountable to apply what we are learning. First time I have had this kind of follow through in any program I have ever taken. It is a fantastic application.
I feel the same way. This week I am experiencing so much of what this program is about. I am starting to realize that I am the creator of my destiny.
