This week I embark on a seven-day mental diet. This is eye opening. The idea of the seven-day mental diet is to go seven full days without having a negative mental though. I thought I would be able to do this with no problem. Seven day so positive thoughts, that’s easy. Well there is a catch, if you have negative you have to start over from day one, no matter where you on in that seven-days. How easy is it for us to become negative! I am still on day one. Although I am quickly able to recognize that I am having a negative thought and turn it around. I still need to prevent the negative thoughts. Good news! I am getting better every day.
Scroll 2 of the greatest salesman begins and ends with “I greet this day with love in my heart”. The message of scroll 2 is that if you approach all things and people with love you will be able to see the value of all things and people, even when there seems to be no perceived value. Love is your lens to view the world, your bridge to enter hearts, your shield from harm, your guide for how to act and react. But most important it is the value you place on yourself. As the greatest salesman says love is the key to all success. You may have all the knowledge in the world but if you do not treat all with love you will fail. I have taken this approach to my current job and have notice some changes in my mood and attitude at the end of the work day. It has brought a little piece to my mind.
I can see the links between the readings the Master Key Experience. I link point five of the blueprint builder to scroll 2 of the “greatest salesman”. At the end of point 5 it says, ”…I eliminate hatred, envy, jealousy, selfishness, and cynicism by developing love for all humanity, because I know that a negative attitude towards others can never bring me success. I cause others to believe in me because I believe in them and myself.” What we put out into the world we get back.
Haanal says in 7-23 of the Master Key, “…For instance, a man is in debt. He will be continually thinking about the debt, concentrating on it, and as thoughts are causes the result is that he not only fastens the debt closer to him, but actually creates more debt. He is putting the great law of Attraction into operation with the usual and inevitable result — Loss leads to greater “Loss.””
So, if we are putting out negativity that I what we will get in return. The thing is we are not aware of the negativity. What makes the seven-day mental diet so great is it creates self-awareness. Once we become aware of who we are, we are unlimited in what we can do. Haanal in 7-15 states, “Think of it! You have over five million of these mental workers, ready and in active use; brain cells they are called. Besides this, there is another reserve force of at least an equal number, ready to be called into action at the slightest need. Your power to think, then, is almost unlimited, and this means that your power to create the kind of material which is necessary to build for yourself any kind of environment which you desire is practically unlimited.” He later states in 7-24, “24. What, then, is the correct principle? Concentrate on the things you want, not on the things you do not want. Think of abundance; idealize the methods and plans for putting the Law of Abundance into operation. Visualize the condition which the Law of Abundance creates; this will result in manifestation”.
Thought is a powerful thing. It influences our beliefs and behavior. Therefore, we must be both in intentional and positive with our thoughts.
The 7 day mental diet is certainly a challenge. This week I am going t use the Law of Substitution more and see if I can though a whole week. Great blog.
